Jason Giles


Jason is passionate about helping people to be as awesome as they can. He believes that when people adopt training as a part of their lifestyle there is no limit to what can be accomplished. In 18 years of experience he has adopted great systems for improving mobility, strength, power, and physique. But he’s still not satisfied and continues to study and train -always improving who he is as a coach, a teacher, and athlete.

There is no way to completely avoid injury, but we can do everything possible to mitigate it, and that is a central part of what Jason does as a coach and a teacher. He started Iron Monkey Strength with the idea of helping people to learn to be their strongest selves, and use that strength to live their best lives.

Robert Rosado


Rob has 29 yrs of personal training and coaching experience, and with a specialization in kettlebell training since 2009. His philosophy of training is to help people move better to become more than just gym strong. Robert is passionate about helping people become strong and confident while feeling better overall. Hand in hand with Robert’s strength training approach is his passion for mobility.

He is well versed in myofascial release and mobility techniques to promote more efficient recovery through movement. Through this unique style of coaching, he continues to support clients of all levels to achieve their goals. Rob practices what he preaches as he continues training to be his strongest self through his 50s and into his 60s.

Certifications: International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA), StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 2 (SFG2) and Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/First Aid.

Shaina Adela


Shaina is a huge advocate for fitness. She believes movement is medicine and strives to help others improve their quality of life through building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Shaina is also always striving to improve. Never satisfied with the status quo, she pushes herself to learn new things, and trains her body to reach new heights.

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Adult & Child CPR/AED, and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science

Jared Lieberman


Jared developed a passion for fitness when he discovered his love for boxing. He began to take his training seriously throughout high school where he was formerly introduced to weight training. While continuing on this path he realized that at some point training others was going to be his life. Understanding how it helped him mentally as well as physically, he wanted to help people in this same way.

Jared wants to get people moving and healthy so they can be happy, strong, and live a functional life.

Certifications: NASM -CPT, Flexible Steel Indian Clubs, StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (SFG) L1 (Pending), CPR/AED

Karla Gangi coach at Iron Monkey Strength

Karla Gangi


One of Karla’s primary motivations is to help everyone she teaches to be their best. She loves to encourage people to find their inner strength. She has always had a passion for fitness and has worked with kids in Martial Arts for the past 11 years. As a Kickboxing instructor for the past 10 years, she’s also had the pleasure of helping adults meet and exceed their fitness goals.

She believes that working out isn’t a trend, but a lifestyle to keep yourself strong and healthy for many years to come. Through her teaching, she inspires her students and ultimately creates the opportunity for them to live their best lives!

Isabella Correa


Isabella Correa is a certified personal trainer and a StrongFirst Barbell Certified Instructor (SFL). She also is a certified Ground Force Method Instructor. In addition to being passionate about fitness, she’s also an accomplished martial artist, and certified badass.

Her main focus is to help others feel not just stronger but confident and happy. She wants others to strive to be the best version of themselves and she works on doing the same for herself.
