OUR Classes

Rite of Passage

2 personal training sessions, and one practice session that teaches and trains the basics of Kettlebell and Barbell strength training. Improve your mobility and learn to get fit safely and effectively.

Supervised Training

Clients who have passed the Rite of Passage schedule times to train in our exclusive and well equipped gym. They receive a program and are coached along with 3 or 4 others by a designated coach on the floor.

Small Group Personal Training

All levels welcome. Warm up as a group, and train with your Iron Monkey friends! Train your uniquely tailored programs under the supervision and guidance of an Iron Monkey Strength Coach. This includes our Rite of Passage Small Group.

Bootcamp

Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.

Yoga

Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.
