1. How do I get started with training at Iron Monkey Strength?
Getting started is so easy! Call, email, or text us to schedule a time to come in for a Discovery Session. This will give us a chance to learn about you and your goals, and for you to ask us questions about our programs and how we can help you.
2. What can I expect in my first few training sessions?
Your first few sessions are all about building the fundamentals. We’re going to start by teaching our warm-up, one or two fundamental exercises, and finish with a little cardio.
3. Do you offer special discounts for students or seniors?
Currently we do not, but that doesn’t mean we won’t in the future! Let us know it’s something you’re looking for.
4. Do you have top-notch equipment for strength training?
We do. We have amazing equipment from the best vendors in the business: Rogue, Kibuki Strength, Eleiko, StrongFirst, Ancore, and others.
5. Are you open 24/7?
No we are not. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7AM – 9PM, Friday 7AM – 3PM, and Saturday 8AM – 1PM. Hours can change, and there is always the possibility we’ve added hours. Always check Google for the latest changes.
6. Do you have personal trainers available?
We have the best. Our Coaches are certified by NCCA accredited institutions. As a StrongFirst Affiliated gyms all of our Coaches are required to hold one of the 4 StrongFirst Certifications.
7. Do you offer affordable membership fees?
We try hard to make it as affordable and sustainable as possible. Our Small Group Personal Training rates and fees are highly competitive.
8. Do you have childcare facilities?
We do not.
9. Are there any nearby landmarks or intersections to help me find your gym?
We are on the very busy, Franklin Avenue, situated between Southern State Parkway and Hempstead Turnpike.
10. Is there parking available at your gym, and how do I get there?
You can park in the lot attached to the 99 Cent and Above Store or street side.
