“I was struggling to find new ways to challenge my body and to learn some new skills. Jason has taught me a TON. For example, I’ve learned how to use kettlebells decently well (for a beginner), the foundations for Olympic lifts such as deadlifting, cleans, snatches and more. I’ve also really become interested in Ground Force Method and Functional Range Conditioning. I enjoy continuing what I’m learning, increasing my strength, range of motion and the ability to challenge myself.”
