The Rite of Passage is progressive plan that teaches people how to lift weights safely. Sure it’s exercise, but it’s so much more than that. You learn and gain skills. People come out of the Rite of Passage stronger and more confident than when they began. The experience is transformative, and there really isn’t anything else like it.
By utilizing the StrongFirst Principles and Techniques our coaches are able to teach you how to lift safely and effectively, mitigate injury, and meet you where you are to best help you find a sustainable relationship with fitness. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in the gym, and capable of making training a permanent part of your life.
Our Supervised Open Training format is personalized training where you gain lifting skill, and feel the best you’ve felt in your life. Workouts always contain components of skill, mobility, and strength. All of our students must pass the Iron Monkey Rite of Passage Program to qualify for Supervised Open Training.
