About Our Gym


Iron Monkey Strength (IMS) is a community. It is a place of learning, practice, and improvement. The culture of our gym is centered around the philosophy of getting better every day. We believe that strength is a skill and it has a greater purpose. This is a place for the young and the aging to continue to move, improve, and grow. We teach our members how to lift safely, to a high standard, and effectively. Our Iron Monkey Rite of Passage program is an industry first comprehensive and integgelent program that gets unparalleled results.

Jason Giles, CSCS, SFG

Jason is passionate about helping people to be as awesome as they can. He believes that when people adopt training as a part of their lifestyle there is no limit to what can be accomplished. In 17 years of experience he has adopted great systems for improving mobility, strength, power, and physique. But he’s still not satisfied and continues to study and train -always improving who he is as a coach, a teacher, and athlete. There is no way to completely avoid injury, but we can do everything possible to mitigate it, and that is a central part of what Jason does as a coach and a teacher.

Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (level 1), StrongFirst Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor (SFG2), Functional Movement Screen Specialist (FMS), Fundamental Capacity Screen Specialist (FCS), Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRCms), Ground Force Method Level 2 Instructor, Flexible Steel level 1, Flexible Steel Indian Clubs Specialist, Bioforce Certified Conditioning Coach, and he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from FSU in Dance.

Jesse Ben-Haim, Studio Manager

Jesse has a passion for fitness and it shows! Whether it is in personal training, training development, or business and administration, he loves what he does. He brings 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry to Iron Monkey Strength, working in all different aspects of the fitness world. While personal training has been a major part of his career, he has spent the last few years focusing on managing and developing trainers and fitness businesses. At IMS, Jesse will be overseeing our studio operations and services, as well as assisting with personal training and supervised open lifting. He is, in many ways, your fitness concierge with all your current and future needs.

Certifications: AAPTE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PN1), StrongFirst SFG 1, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/First Aid, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education with a Concentration in Sports Management/Business.

Robert Rosado

Robert Rosado has 29 yrs of personal training and coaching experience, and with a specialization in kettlebell training since 2009. His philosophy of training is to help people move better to become more than just gym strong. Robert is passionate about helping people become strong and confident while feeling better overall. Hand in hand with Robert’s strength training approach is his passion for mobility. He is well versed in myofascial release and mobility techniques to promote more efficient recovery through movement. Through this unique style of coaching, he continues to support clients of all levels to achieve their goals. Rob practices what he preaches as he continues training to be his strongest self through his 50s and into his 60s.

Certifications: International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA), StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 2 (SFG2) and Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/First Aid.
