After your movement screen, and other pertinent screens or assessments, and discussion about your goals and current place physically our Coaches will design a program for you that will be delivered directly to your phone. You will be able to track your training right on your phone, and our coaches will be able to see what you’ve done and track your progress. When the time is appropriate we will reassess, celebrate progress, and then move on to the next program.

1-on-1 training can be per session, 1x/week, 2x/week or 3 times/week
